3. BACHELOR OF ECONOMICS:

Bachelor of Management Studies or BMS is a 3-year undergraduate program for management studies. Their tasks include looking into tax affairs, look into financial transactions through auditing, creating necessary reports, etc. Any candidate who has completed Class 12th or equivalent with at least 50 % aggregate from a recognized board or university can pursue CA. Admission for the course of CA is given through the Entrance Exam and it is taken at different levels. Students have to crack the three phases, that is:-

The role of a company secretary is to keep records, advice, tax returns, and evaluate the legal aspects of the organization Company Secretary Program is the Professional course which is provided by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), is the Institute that has been tasked by the Government to conduct the course as well as examination. Any candidate who has completed Class 12th or equivalent with at least 50 % aggregate from a recognized board or university can pursue CS.
